Who is Annie Ernaux who won the Nobel in Literature? 

This year's Nobel Prize in Literature has been awarded to Annie Ernaux, an original French author. He has written many novels, plays, and films in French and in the English language.

Born on 1 September 1940 in France, she grew up in the small town of Yvetot in Normandy, France. Here his parents owned a grocery store and cafe.

Annie Ernaux has always portrayed realism in her writings, so she has received the "truth-teller" proclamation of France.

Annie Ernaux always believes that real writing is in no way different from true political work, where we can fight against social inequality.

His famous works include books like Journal du d'Hours, La Vie Exterior. In these books, he has included the writings of his childhood.

Annie Arnoux has also received the Booker Prize in 1994 for her book Paradise.

Another book by Arnoux, The Years has won the Prix Renaudot in France in 2008 and the Premio Strega in Italy in 2016.
