Arrested for domestic abuse is Miles Bridge

Miles Bridges, an NBA free agent, was detained on domestic violence-related allegations on June 29 in Los Angeles.

Bridges, who spent the first four years of his career with the Hornets, is among the best players to hit the open market on Thursday.

Police records show that 24-year-old Bridges turned himself in later on Wednesday and was eventually freed on bail.

According to LA Sheriff's Department records, Bridges was freed on a $130,000 bail after being charged with domestic violence.

Miles Bridge must now show up in court on July 20.

He may spend some time in a California state jail if found guilty.
